Tina is a meticulous administrative executive with more than 20 years experience in the food and beverage industry. With a Diploma in Hotel Management from Taylor’s College in Malaysia, Tina specialised in Culinary Arts and started her career in the Pastry Kitchen at Mandarin Oriental in Kuala Lumpur.
Moving to Singapore to work at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf as a management trainee, she rose to District Manager in 10 years, overseeing and managing 16 outlets.
Taking a sabbatical, she furthered her pastry studies at Creative Culinaire and was offered a job as a Pastry Chef in their production kitchen.
Returning to the F&B industry after 2 years, Tina worked at Royal T Group for 3 years managing and supervising the daily operations of LiHO’s (formerly Gong Cha) 47 outlets. She planned and coordinated the set up of 30 new outlet openings and renovations of 4 existing outlets in 3 years.
After LiHO, Tina worked at Sugar Daddy Group (Antoinette) for 5 years, providing administrative support to the operations team.
In her spare time, Tina bakes burnt Basque cheese cakes and works on new pastry creations.
She joins Palate Sensations as Operations Manager, bringing with her, her efficiency in planning, organising and executing tasks that require multi tasking abilities. She is the voice and face of Palate Sensations. She holds a first aid certificate from Singapore Red Cross.
