With over 15 years of experience in the culinary world, Chef Lim Yan Jiao brings a wealth of expertise and passion to the kitchens of Palate Sensations. A career that began humbly as a kitchen helper has since blossomed into a distinguished profession, with roles spanning from Cook to Sous Chef in some of Singapore’s most notable establishments, including South Union Park, Wine Universe Restaurant, and Po Restaurant. This is Chef Yan Jiao’s second tenure with Palate Sensations, where he now steps into the role of Prep Chef, ensuring our chef instructors are equipped and ready for every class. Additionally, he will be leading select classes in Mandarin, sharing his culinary knowledge with an even wider audience.
